Why is it worth starting to practice yoga during pregnancy?

Pregnant yoga is quite a controversial and difficult topic. The topic is difficult for many reasons. First of all, just as each of us is different, so every pregnancy proceeds in its own individual and unique way.

There are as many cases as there are women in the world, so putting all pregnant women in one drawer with the label: those who were active before becoming pregnant and those who last practiced at school on PE is not easy for the teacher and for herself pregnant.

 

How to practice yoga during pregnancy?

Yoga during pregnancy – my experiences

I can only give you an example that from the moment I learned about pregnancy until the end of the 7th month I was conducting 8 hours of yoga classes a week.

But worse at the weekend when I didn’t teach. Then I felt what it means splitting in my back, heartburn and other pregnancy bonuses. Pregnancy is a special time, for some of us an injection of energy from life with the ability to move mountains every day.

For others, hell and mental torment in the form of vomiting for several months, the order to lie down and a mood swing, and the burden of new complexes due to the changing body.

Each of us is just as important, just as I mentioned at the beginning, as many cases as women in the world, so we will focus on women whose pregnancy is normal and there are no serious risks such as the risk of miscarriage or detachment of the placenta and no medical contraindications.

 

Why should you practice yoga especially during pregnancy?

Regular yoga practice during pregnancy:

We stay in asana as long as it’s comfortable. In pregnancy, we focus on ourselves, on comfort, on lengthening and stretching, and not on deepening the position.

It also depends on the extent of pre-pregnancy stretch. If you feel tension or fatigue, you can modify the asana at any time, reduce, for example, the bend arc, use help, shorten the duration or leave the position with a smile on your face.
